International Events on

Molecular Materials and Functions

Organised by

Indian Institute of Technology Madras

Conference Description

This International Conference on Molecular Materials and Functions, jointly sponsored by IIT Madras and INST Mohali, will be held in Chennai, India during December 5-7, 2022. The main objective of the conference is to create a forum for discussion on molecular materials and associated functions where the fundamental building blocks are molecules rather than atoms. By studying the chemical, physical and mechanical properties of such materials, it is expected that we will achieve breakthrough results in the emergence of properties in matter as well as gain fundamental insights into the reactivity, catalysis, electrical transport, magnetism, energy storage and dissipation, etc., in the foreseeable future. This conference on Molecular Materials and Functions is to put together pioneering researchers, innovators and practitioners who have made profound impact in diverse areas around molecular materials, to address current challenges and to engage with them in the years ahead.

Organizing Institute
